Welcome to the concept competition of the Berlin Fashion Week JUNE/JULY 2025!

Berlin stands for innovation and sustainability in the fashion landscape like almost no other location. The Senate Department for Economic Affairs, Energy and Public Enterprises / Project Future has been promoting the Berlin fashion industry for many years. The competition aims to strengthen the innovation and growth potential of the fashion industry, the brick-and-mortar retail landscape and local designers in Berlin and Germany. For this purpose, prize money will be awarded for particularly innovative, creative and sustainable concepts in 2 categories, which can be presented during the Berlin Fashion Week from June 30th to July 3rd 2025:

• STUDIO2RETAIL: B2C Store and Atelier Events (usually 5,000 Euro per concept)
• BERLIN CONTEMPORARY: Fashion shows and presentations (usually 25,000 Euro per concept)

ATTENTION: concepts have to be submitted in ENGLISH, based on the fact we will have an international jury.
